Lowe & Oliver undertook the complete Mechanical & Electrical services in the construction of the new bus station ‘The Hard’ in Portsmouth for Geoffrey Osborne Ltd.  The construction period ran from July 2016 to May 2017.

The Electrical installations included main & sub-main distribution, general lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, PA, security, disabled refuge and data.

The Mechanical installations included hot & cold water, ventilation, controls, above ground drainage and heat pump/cooling systems.

Elements of the M&E works were installed in the undercroft underneath the new bus station and works could only be carried out during periods of low tide on special working platforms.
