The existing Mechanical and Electrical services were replaced throughout the Health Centre. All new main plant and infrastructure was installed within the existing building.

The replacement work took place whilst in full occupation in a phased manner.

Close co-ordination with the main contractor and the building users ensured that the works were completed on time, within budget and with no disruption to the staff at the Health Centre.
