As part of the Dorset Decarbonisation scheme and Salix funding, Lowe & Oliver were tasked with installing new Air Source Heat Pumps at the Rangers Lodge. The ASHP’s were designed to take on 100% of the heating demand with the existing oil-fired boilers being removed. The works included, new heating pipework throughout, upgrading all the radiators and a simplified controls system to suite the occupants. A new electrical distribution board was installed as part of the works. Work was carried out during normal hours, working with the occupant and liaising daily during the programme.
