This recently completed building is the new national headquarters for the retail chain, Fatface (UK) Ltd.

Lowe & Oliver carried out the electrical, mechanical and public health installations for BAM construction who were employed by the client on a design and build basis. 

The new services installations were only carried out on certain floors including the plant room located on the third floor level.  The remaining areas included the warehouse were completed by ‘fit-out’ contractors employed directly by Fatface.

Electrical services carried out by L&O included LV supply, LV distribution, general and external lighting, LV power, emergency lighting and fire alarm. 

Mechanical services included above ground drainage, external gas/water, hot & cold water, LTHW heating, ventilation and smoke ventilation to the staircases.
