Winchester Cultural Centre started life as a Corn Exchange around 1820, and after several use changes ended up as a traditional Library. Lowe & Oliver were approached to help in the modernisation and extension of the existing listed building to create a state of the art Cultural Centre.
The works included a complete refurbishment of power, lighting, data, heating, ventilation (including close control) air conditioning and Public Services installations, all carried out in a sympathetic manner in the existing listed building.
